1、配電柜的標高或筆直度超出答應偏差，是由于丈量定位不或者是地上凹凸不平形成的，應及時進行批改。

1. The elevation or straightness of the distribution cabinet exceeding the allowable deviation is due to poor measurement positioning or uneven ground, and should be corrected in a timely manner.

2、 配電柜在設備鐵架之前未進行調直找正，或設備時固定點位置偏移形成的，運用吊線重新找正后再進行固定。

2. If the distribution cabinet is not straightened and aligned before the equipment iron frame, or if the fixed point position of the equipment is offset, use a suspension wire to re align and then fix it.

3、配電柜面電具、儀表不牢固、平允或距離不均，壓頭不牢、壓頭傷線芯，多股導線壓頭未裝壓線端子。閘具下方未裝卡片框。不緊的應擰緊，距離應按要求高速均勻，找平整。傷線芯的部分應剪掉重接，多股線應裝上壓線端子，卡片框應補裝。

3. The electrical appliances and instruments on the distribution cabinet surface are not firm, level or uneven in distance, the pressure head is not firm, the pressure head damages the wire core, and the pressure head of multiple wires is not equipped with pressure wire terminals. There is no card frame installed below the gate. The parts that are not tight should be tightened, and the distance should be high-speed and uniform according to the requirements, and the surface should be leveled. The damaged part of the wire core should be cut off and reconnected, multi stranded wires should be equipped with crimping terminals, and card frames should be repaired.

4、配電柜接地導線截面不夠或維護地線截面不夠，維護地線串接，對這些不符合要求的應按有關規(guī)定進行糾正。

4. The grounding wire section of the distribution cabinet is insufficient or the maintenance ground wire section is insufficient, and the maintenance ground wire is connected in series. Any non-compliance with these requirements should be corrected according to relevant regulations.

5、配電柜后配線擺放不整齊。應按支路綁扎成束，并固定在盤內。

6、配電柜(盤)缺零部件，如合頁、鎖、螺絲等，應配齊各種設備所需零部件。

7、內壁粗糙木箱內部應修理平整，表里做處理，并應考慮措施。

8、配電柜內壁焊點銹蝕，應補刷防銹漆。鐵柜不得用電(氣)焊進行開孔，應采用開孔器進行開孔。

8. The welding points on the inner wall of the distribution cabinet are corroded and should be repainted with anti rust paint. The iron cabinet shall not be opened with electric (gas) welding, and a hole opener shall be used for opening.

9、配電柜內二層板與進、出線配管位置處理不當，形成配線擺放不整齊，在設備配電柜時應考慮進出線配管管口位置應設置在二層板后邊。

9. Improper handling of the position of the second floor board and the inlet and outlet piping inside the distribution cabinet has resulted in uneven wiring arrangement. When installing equipment distribution cabinets, it should be considered that the inlet and outlet piping openings should be placed behind the second floor board.
